She has a proven track record as an executive coach and in delivering an extensive range of professional development programs, for leading organisations in both Australia and Asia.
Lydia’s formal qualifications are in Education and HR. She has published articles in the Asian Wall Street Journal and Business Higher Education Round Table Journal. Throughout her career her passion has been to build capacity in people for the benefit of individuals as well as organisations.
