Lydia is the founder and Managing Director of Training & HR Projects. With over 20 years’ experience in CEO and senior leadership positions in top tier professional services and for purpose organisations, she has established a reputation as a change agent, transforming organisations while delivering innovative, strategic and profitable outcomes. She has a proven track record as an executive coach and in delivering an extensive range of professional development programs, for leading organisations in both Australia and Asia.
Lydia’s formal qualifications are in Education and HR. She has published articles in the Asian Wall Street Journal and Business Higher Education Round Table Journal. Throughout her career her passion has been to build capacity in people for the benefit of individuals as well as organisations.
Lydia’s additional Human Resources skills include:
accreditation in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and E-Interplace (Belbin) team profiles, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Open Space Technology.
